Position : Technical Recruiters

Location : Pune,( We also have work from home options for relevant candidates)

Desired Profile :

• Candidate should have minimum 2 years of Technical Recruitment experience.
• Experience in recruiting US based consultants for the US based client requirements.
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles to the Account Management Team.
• Rate Procedure and Negotiation Skills

• Familiarity with US Geography and terminology used in US recruitments (i.e. Visa, C2C, 1099, W2)
• Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, & presentation skills.
• Ability to work in Night Shift.
